C&G auto upholstery offer all of our customers good old fashion service, so no matter what the issue is please contact us and we will be sure to help
NEW PART WARRANTY
All parts are covered with a 12 month replacement warranty on new parts.
As is the norm for manufacturers warranties we cover replacement of
the part only and no warranty is offered for any labour, fitting or
damages cost.
Obviously, we are not liable for any losses or expenses incured due to
defects or any third party claim. All our warranties are limited and do
not apply if the parts are not installed correctly, abused, damaged,
not correctly maintained, not operated within manufactures
specifications or installed on modified
DISPATCH TIME
Dispatch time is generally 12 business days, some products take longer some products are sent immediately, most custom made products will take, If you have a specific time frame please contact us prior to purchasing, we can at most times work within you schedule, dont be afraid to ask
INCORRECT SUPPLY
We
are human after all and sometimes we do make mistakes, so if you have
received your order and its wrong because contact us, we will replace it
including the shipping costs if notified within 14 days from arrival
date
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All products are sent in good faith however in the event that a product has been deemed unsuitable because of a fault not caused by cartage a replacement or refund will be given once the product have been returned, if the product has been damaged during transit we will endeavour to resolve the issue with the transport company.
SHIPPING
All products purchased from us
will be delivered by either Couriers Please courier or Australia post,
all products that cannot be sent using Australia post will be delivered using
Courier, All moulded floor carpet needs to be sent using courier because of its
size.
TRACKING
All order have tracking, tracking details are given once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing these details
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Any order placed with C&G auto upholstery website can be cancelled within 24hours of placing the order, meaning within 1 full day
If require the order to be cancelled and the order was placed within 24hours please contact us with the details
CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASE
In
most instances we dont refund or exchange for change of mind,
particularly for custom made, however you can ask upon receiving the
products as sometimes we do allow this, though that is completely up to
C&G auto upholstery
